Design Notes

The Part is intended for use with the RFC25 standard. Because this standard already contains both a start and a stop codon in the prefix/suffix, the part only sequence does NOT contain these.


Source

The original sequence of dronpa was supplied by Prof. Lin (see Zhou et al. 2012). This sequence was then codon optimized for expression in Saccharomyces cerevisiae and compability with RFC25 standard by Team Tuebingen.
